Place this wheat bag around your neck, let the weight gently contour around your shoulders to help relieve tension and relax tired muscles. Can be used on other areas of the body to relieve pain.
To heat this neck wrap, place it in microwave for around 60 seconds. To use as a cold compress, place in freezer for 30-60 minutes before use.
The inner wheat bag has been sewn into six sections to ensure even weight and heat distribution.
